    What is DTF?

    DTF means direct to film. Your artwork is printed onto transfer film, finished with adhesive and cured. A heat press then transfers the design onto your garment. A gang sheet groups several designs together on the same film.

    Keep it sharp

    Use a transparent PNG at 300 DPI at the size you intend to print. Enlarging a blurry file will not restore its detail.

    Give designs room

    Leave space between transfers for cutting. Check spelling, size and copy count before submitting your sheet.

    Test before the run

    Use a heat press and follow the instructions for your transfers. Test your fabric first; heat, pressure and peel timing matter.

    What comes with my order?

    Printed DTF transfers on a gang sheet, shipped rolled. Garments, cutting and heat-press application are not included.

    Which size should I choose?

    Every sheet is 22 inches wide. Lengths start at 24 inches. Choose the space your designs need on the next page; larger orders may arrive in multiple rolled sections.

    Can I put different designs on one sheet?

    Yes. Arrange different logos, artwork or repeated copies together. Keep each design at its intended print size and leave room to cut between them.

    Which fabrics can I use?

    DTF is commonly used on cotton, polyester and blends. Fabric finishes and heat sensitivity vary, so test a sample before pressing a full order and follow the transfer application instructions.

    When will it ship?

    We target next-business-day production and ship-out after payment and receipt of print-ready artwork, within normal operating conditions. Weekends, holidays and carrier transit are additional. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

    Does my Brand Partner discount apply?

    Yes. Eligible Brand Partners can use their standard 10% product discount. Shipping is charged separately.
