    Before you order

    Production information

    • 22-inch printable width across every size.
    • We target next-business-day production and ship-out after payment and receipt of print-ready artwork, within normal operating conditions.
    • Weekends and holidays are excluded. Carrier transit time is additional.
    • Gang sheets ship rolled, not folded. Larger orders may arrive in multiple rolled sections; we ship the full order together wherever practical.

    Artwork requirements

    Artwork must be print-ready at the size you intend to print. For best results, use a transparent PNG at 300 DPI at its final print size.

    For a finished gang sheet, upload a PNG sized to the 22-inch width and total length you select. To build a layout, the current builder accepts PNG, JPG/JPEG, SVG, WEBP, GIF and BMP images up to 100 MB each.

    Check your artwork dimensions, spelling, quantity and resolution before checkout. Review any quality warnings in the builder; enlarging a low-resolution image does not restore its detail.

    Quality & remake policy

    If we make an error in producing your order, we will correct it.

    Artwork, sizing, spelling, quantity, resolution or file errors submitted or approved by the customer may require a paid reprint. Please review your files and selected options carefully before placing your order.

    Shipping

    Your transfers are packed rolled for shipping. Shipping is charged separately and calculated at checkout.

    The production target does not include carrier transit time. Larger orders may contain more than one rolled section.
